Sleeping with your smartphone isn’t a good idea. You do know that smartphone, laptops, computers bring radiation to our body, especially our brain cells. However, you have the habit of placing the smartphone by your bed, maybe on the table, besides your pillow, under your bed or even fell asleep with texting . Some people listen to the songs played on the smartphone in order to fall asleep. Some people needed to chat with love ones , either text messages, send videos or make a phone call before sleeping. Where do you place your smartphone before you sleep? Outside your bedroom and sleep with it? Share with me

I usually laid my mobile phone on the table before going to sleep. I agree that it is not good to sleep with a smartphone beside you. I had heard also some incidents that a person died while the mobile at his side. The mobile phone is plugged in charging and burned while the person is sleeping. |

http://172.104.9.193/members/shavkat/ yes you are right. There are many cases where the victims are attached to the smartphone when they are asleep or dozed off. Smartphone may explode anytime due to malfunction of device or electricity defects. It is unfortunate that most teenagers are used to plugging earphones with their smartphone when sleeping. I don’t put my phone near me when I sleep. It is always on the table, far far away from me. I don’t wanna die with it either! |

Yes, i sleep with my phone, it’s usually on vibrate but yes it’s always next to me, my usual routine at night is finish most of my work in bed, that’s usually with my phone since i don’t carry my laptop to my bed, this also the same when it come to my morning routine, the first thing is going through my emails, which again is with my phone. i do have a habit as well when i wake up in the middle of the night, i will go on line or when its lack of sleep, i reach for my phone and go online. if in the middle of the night i think of something, i will wake up reach for my phone and immediately and start working. my life revolves somehow around my phone and laptop. so sleeping with my home is part of my ordinary life |

I actually agree with you. I remember when we started having mobile phones i used to sleep wuth mine right beside me or even under the pillow for some time, until a study came up about it. That it was very dangerous to sleep with phones on our pillows. I even got to see some pictures taken of some people who have been affected by this habit. So after seeing that my phone used to stay on my dressing table till morning. Nowadays u have it by my bedside drawer i guess thats not so bad or is it. |

I usually have my phone on my bed because i use it as an alarm. It doesn’t actually need to be next to me but i have a hard time waking up and the phone vibration helps waking me up alone with the alarm sound. |

I sleep with headphone connected to mobile or laptop. The reason being I listen to sleep sounds. I know waves from phone can be dangerous. So that is one reason i don’t keep it near me. I think that’s something one should look for. |

I was keeping my cell phone always beside my pillow. My work demanded this as I was not sure of getting calls in particular time. I was promoted recently. Whenever any Minister or any MLA makes a phone I should attend them immediately and give necessary direction to the subordinates to move accordingly as soon as they attend office in the morning, This was continued for about 2 months. I started developing some sort of uneasiness, irritating, and unpleasant mentality without my knowledge. My staff was asking me as to why there is some change in my way of talk as I was showing a lot of impatience which I never had. One day I gave a serious thought to it. I read an article which clearly explained as to why one should avoid keeping cell phone beside you while sleeping. The radiation emitted by Cell Phones will have very high frequencies and they will damage the vibrations of the heart beat and also a nervous system of the body. If a cell phone is kept in the Shirt Pocket the vibrations may affect the heart beat and they are sure to cause a heart attack. Thi sis not only the cell phone but each and every electronic item that emit powerful radiations should be kept away from you at a minimum distance of 6 feet. Nowadays, I am keeping all the electronic items Tablet, DVD, Music System, cell phone etc., away at a distance of 7-8 feet. During night time I keep the cell phone on the table. In the case of other items which can not be moved easily, I am distancing myself sitting at 7 ft away from them. |
